I recently started using a suction cup dildo yoga ball and I have to say – I am loving it! The unique combination of the two provides me with a unique blend of physical benefits, plus a really fun activity to do. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to use the ball and the dildo at the same time! Things like wheel pose become even more challenging when I’m having to work my core at the same time – but that makes it all the more fun!
My favorite part of using the suction cup dildo yoga ball is that I don’t only get to improve my physical wellbeing, I also get to experience sensations I wouldn’t have had before. With each yoga pose, I can feel the pressure of the dildo on my body and it’s really enjoyable. It’s such a unique feeling and it really helps me to relax and get into the meditation mindset.
The best thing about this exercise is that it can be done just about anywhere. All you need is a yoga ball and a suction cup dildo. I find that I like to do it in my living room, but it’s actually possible to do it outside too. I’m always surprised at how much attention I get when I do it, as people give me funny looks but can’t take their eyes off me!
One useful tip I can offer people who want to try this out for themselves is to take things slow. It can be tempting to dive right into the exercise, but it’s important to remember that your body needs time to adjust and you should take things at your own pace. The more slowly you do it, vibrators the better the results.
